Christmas Card Display Knitting Kit

Once knitted this sweet set of Christmas trees will soon become part of your family tradition.

A chance to practice new stitches and yarn combinations.

Each knitted tree is fixed onto card which is then fixed to a wooden peg.

Christmas cards are displayed gripped by the peg, other cards can be placed over the cord (the cord can be made as i-cord or with a French knitting dolly).

Your knitting kit is presented in a labelled sturdy natural cardboard box and includes:

• one 8in long pair of 3.25mm responsibly sourced knitting needles
• two 50g balls of 100% Extra Fine Merino DK - one in Green and one Red unless otherwise requested in comments box at checkout
• printed written pattern with many decorative stitch suggestions
• charted version too
• 10 of wooden pegs

Skills that will be practised: cast on, knit stitch, purl stitch, cast off, using two colours, making a bobble, slip stitching, k2tog decrease, picking up stitches, making i-cord
