Kilkanna Beanie Kit

Designed for us by Woolly Wormhead, Kilkanna is an adult adaptation of Kilkenny, minus the earflaps and worked in an entirely different yarn and gauge.  This version is much more sleek and grown up. The multi-plied merino has the kind of drape that just loves a bias design. The pattern is provided in three sizes, in both written and charted format.

To fit sizes: 18 [20, 23] in/ 45.75 [51, 58.5] cm
Finished size: 14.5 [16.75, 19.25] in/ 36.75 [42.5, 49] cm

The Kilkanna Beanie Hat kit includes:

• the printed pattern
• a  set of 4mm DPNs (if you prefer 16in 4mm circular please say in comments box at checkout)
• one or two 50g ball(s) of 100% Extra Fine Merino

Skills that will be practised: cast on, knitting in the round, knit stitch, purl stich, decrease by knitting two stitches together and yarn over.

Once you have selected your colour, you can then select the size S (45.75cm) or M/L (42.5 - 49cm).
